HYT North America introduces the TC-500, a 16- channel portable radio available in either VHF or UHF frequencies. The TC-500 offers users four watts of talking power as well as 12.5/25 KHz channel spacing. CTCSS/CDCSS signaling and Scan-with-Priority features are standard. Other features include a timer, busy channel lockout and PC cloning and programming. The TC-500 is powered by an 1100 mAH Ni-MH battery.
