Wave Technology only works upon user-controlled actuation and water delivery. The user activates the flushometer by waving a hand over the sensor, reducing false flushes and saving water, according to the company. The flushometer is equipped with a .5/1 gallon-per-flush for urinals or 1.28/1.6 gpf for toilets. A retrofit option is available.
