- Determine the levels of integration needed
- Evaluate the benefits and limitations of various approaches
- Translate integration benefits into elements the boardroom can understand and embrace
- Remain part of the systems integration team during installation
- Stay actively involved in commissioning, maintenance and eventually recommissioning following completion of the new system.
