What is one of the most common ADA violations?

One of the most common ADA non-compliance violations is a lack of equal access for individuals with disabilities across a large retail portfolio of stores and/or kiosk locations.

Most companies standardize elements across their portfolio — so if there is an issue at one location, it probably exists at all other sites.  An example of this could be writing stands at banks or fitting rooms at retail stores.
