ADA Resource Targets Service Counters

A new resource from the Access Board addresses accessible sales and service counters as part of its online guide to standards issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Architectural Barriers Act. The 12-minute animated film shows the way access can be achieved to different types of counters, including sales counters, hotel check-in counters, teller and service windows, queues and waiting lines, check-out aisles, food service lines, self-service shelves, and food and beverage dispensers.
