Meg Kelly has over fifteen years of experience in technical consulting related to electrical systems and energy conservation. She is certified through the American Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional. She founded and was President of Frontier Energy Conservation Systems, where she generated significant revenue for her clients, a healthier grid of PJM, and a better environment for her community.
Jennifer Chamberlin - Executive Director, Market Development
Ms. Chamberlin brings more than 18 years of expert competitive market and policy
advocacy to CPower's Demand Response business. Ms Chamberlin has extensive
experience advocating for, developing, and analyzing market rules and procurement
policy across the competitive energy industry. Her career has had a focus on the market
rules surrounding renewable energy, demand side resources and retail access
marketplaces throughout the US. She has assisted retail customers, retail providers,
and independent power producers in a variety of competitive procurement actions,
including numerous auctions, bilateral contract negotiations, and other competitive
means. Her expertise includes an in depth understanding of the complexity of market
rules across the US, as well as the risks and benefits associated with retail market
access for both providers and retail participants.
Prior joining CPower, Ms Chamberlin served the Director of Regulatory Affairs for
Johnson Controls Integrated Demand Resources business unit, as the principal of
Energy Policy Advocates, Director of Regulatory and Legislative Policy for LS Power
Development, Manager of Regulatory and Government Affairs for Strategic Energy and
Direct Energy, Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Chevron Energy Solutions, and
Manager of Market Development for PG&E Energy Services. She was previously a
consultant with Barakat and Chamberlin.
Diane Wiggins - Account Executive, California
Ms. Wiggins brings more than 20 years of electric utility Customer Service experience to
CPower's Demand Response business. She has extensive experience developing and
delivering customer Demand Side energy savings programs as well as Supply Side
programs, including managing renewable energy project grid interconnections,
managing energy infrastructure maintenance, energy infrastructure replacement
programs and procurement programs. Her career has been focused on the safe,
reliable, and cost effective delivery of electricity to customers in California and delivering
a high quality customer experience. She has assisted retail commercial and industrial
customers, government customers, wholesale customers, and independent power
producers maximize benefits in utility and state energy programs. Her expertise includes an in depth understanding of the complexity of California energy management programs, as well as the risks and benefits associated with managing energy use.
Prior joining CPower, Ms. Wiggins served the Principal Manager for Southern California
Edison's Business Solutions team, as the Principal Manager of Customer Education
and Outreach, Senior Manager of Infrastructure Replacement Programs, Manager of
Grid Interconnections, and Major Account Management at Southern California Edison
and Wisconsin Energies. Diane is a graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis,
Maryland, former U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer, and a Persian Gulf War veteran.
JP Harper - Vice President, National Accounts
With more than 20 years of experience, JP Harper is a proven energy industry
executive with a deep understanding of demand response, demand management,
energy efficiency, energy storage, and distributed energy resources. Before joining
CPower, Mr. Harper served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business
Development for CLEAResult, working with electric and gas utilities to provide turn-key
solutions and consulting services within the energy efficiency and demand response
space. Prior to CLEAResult, JP served in leadership roles at both EnerNOC (now Enel)
and Structure Consulting Group (now Accenture).
