Why Compliance is Critical for Facility Managers

Maintenance and engineering managers never want to see their institutional or commercial facilities on the local news following an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 

That possibility should be incentive enough for managers to emphasize that compliance matters with their facilities and maintenance staff. If facilities fail to comply with safety requirements, the consequences can be deadly.
